Is This You?
Who Soul Song Marketing Serves
Are you a new coach and consultant looking for a deeper, more personal approach to marketing, branding and business development? If so, you are in the right place!
I work closely with coaches and consultants in the first few years of their business. Like me, most of my clients develop their coaching/consulting business while working another job. Some of my clients have started a coaching practice after their kids have left home and they are looking to reclaim their purpose in the world.
I work with a wide variety of caring, introspective, intelligent, creative coaches, consultants and other entrepreneurs, including: nutritional and health consultants, financial, technical or management consultants, sales trainers, leadership experts, corporate culture builders, business coaches, graphic designers and website developers.
The people I love to work with share a common soul. They are people who are driven to make a lasting and meaningful mark on the world. They want their business and work to have deep meaning and purpose, and to be a true reflection of who they are. It just so happens that most of the people I work with are women. I also work with men who live deeply and purposefully.
My clients also share certain frustrations or challenges. Do any of these statements resonate with you?
"I'm not clear about what makes me different or how to communicate my value."
"I'm not attracting the types of clients I know I can help."
"I can't stand the thought of cold calling."
"I'm attracting the wrong clients because I have a hard time saying no."
"I hate marketing and selling, so I procrastinate from doing anything."
"I undercharge and feel resentful about it even though I'm doing it to myself."
"I'd like to be more confident in networking situations."
"I fumble to find the right words when people ask me what I do."
"I feel really unfocused. I feel like I'm wasting time because I'm not clear about who my clients are and how to best reach them."
"I'm just shooting from the hip without a real plan of action. I know I'm only 50% effective."
If any of these statements connect with you take comfort, you are not alone. These issues are common.
